Integricity provides several methods for you to check your e-mail. The most common method is to use an e-mail program such as Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, Netscape Mail or The Bat! Alternatively, you can use webmail which means checking your email via a web based interface rather like Hotmail.
General E-mail Account Settings Essentially, the settings you will require to enter into your e-mail program are:
Account name / UserID: yourname@yourdomain.com Password: ***** (the password allocated to you)
POP3 server: mail.yourdomain.com SMTP server: mail.yourdomain.com
Please ensure that you specifically ENABLE the option "My server requires authentication" under the Outgoing Mail Server, though. Most problems with sending out e-mails are due to this oversight.
Graphical E-mail Program Setup Guide Select the program that you utilise for checking mail. If your program is not listed here, please use the settings given above.

Webmail Access For those who are travelling, it is an easier option to check your mail via our webmail system. This is a web-based system where you can view your e-mails by using a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Opera.
For UNIX accounts, point your browser to: http://webmail.yourdomain.com For WINDOWS accounts, point your browser to: https://webmail.yourdomain.com
You will then be prompted to login with your e-mail address and password. |
