1. Launch your web browser. Type your domain name by port number ““:8086/”. For eg. http://www.abc.com:8086/
(Replace "abc.com" with your own domain.)

2. This will bring you to the standard Helm Login page.

3. Key in your Username and Password. Click on the Logon button.

4. Click on the Domains icon which will bring you to this page.

5. Click on your domain name. In this example, click on “abc.com”.

6. Click on the FTP Accounts icon.
7. Click on your domain name. For this example, we click on “abc.com”.

8. Key in your new password and confirm it. Remember that the password field is case-sensitive, so make sure caps lock is disabled.

9. Click Save. You have successfully modified your FTP password!
