1. Log into your cPanel Administrative Account. Click on the Mail icon.
2. You will then be presented with the following screen. Click on the “Auto-responders” link.
3. Once on the following page, click on the “Add Auto-responder” link.
4. Using the text that has been filled in as a guide, fill in the fields accordingly. After that, hit the “Create/Modify” button.
5. After you are done, it will show you the following page. You can safely exit but if you want to add another Auto-responder, click on “Go Back”. It will take you back to the menu to add another Auto-responder.
