How to Automatically Move or Delete E-mail Messages Based on Content

1. From your Inbox folder, on the Tools menu, click Organize.

2. Click “Rules and Alerts”

3. Click “New Rule”

4. Select “Move messages with specific words in the subject to a folder”.

5. Click “specific words” (blue color). Type “*****SPAM*****” and click the “Add” button.

6. Select “*****SPAM*****” from the “Search list” and click “OK”

7. Click “specified folder”.

8. Select the “Junk E-mail” folder. Then click the “OK” button.

9. Click the “Finish” button and you're done!

Do note that Integricity's email scanning engine will tag the subject of suspected spam with *****SPAM***** [subject]. The above steps will automatically move all suspected spam email to the “Junk Email” folder, keeping your Inbox as clean as possible with only legit emails. However, you are advised to check your “Junk E-email” folder occasionally to ensure that no legit emails are filtered as spam.
